Job Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for providing positive guest experiences, preparing quality food products, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. Key responsibilities include following guest service guidelines, ensuring food safety and sanitation, performing cash control guidelines, and communicating effectively. This role requires standing for long periods, bending, stooping, and lifting heavy items up to 75 lbs. Candidates should be enrolled in high school or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts
