Job Summary
The Crew Person, also known as Team Member, is responsible for providing guests with a positive dining experience by preparing quality food products, maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant, and following safety and sanitation standards. Key duties include delivering hot and quality products according to company standards, executing cash control guidelines, and performing other assigned tasks. The position requires effective communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the physical capacity to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs, and work with kitchen equipment and cleaning products.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.
