Job Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience, preparing quality food products according to standards, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities include following guest service guidelines, stocking and cleaning assigned stations, ensuring food safety practices, handling cash control procedures, and communicating effectively with guests and team members. This role requires standing for long periods, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts
