Job Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for providing a positive guest experience, preparing quality food products, and maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment. Responsibilities include following guest service guidelines, working assigned stations, ensuring food safety, managing cash control, and communicating effectively with guests and team members. Candidates should be enrolled in high school or have a high school diploma or equivalent, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts
