Job Summary
The Team Member is responsible for providing a positive guest experience, preparing quality food products, and maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment. Key duties include following guest service guidelines, preparing and delivering food according to menu standards, adhering to food safety and sanitation requirements, and maintaining cash control guidelines. The role requires good oral communication skills, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school or high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts
