Job Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for providing a positive guest experience by preparing quality food products, maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant, and ensuring food safety according to company standards. Key responsibilities include following guest service guidelines, stocking workstations, preparing and delivering food items, and adhering to cash control and sanitation protocols. The position requires effective communication skills, flexibility in working hours, and physical capability to perform demanding tasks including lifting and working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be enrolled in high school or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent preferable
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts
