Job Summary
The Crew Person is accountable for providing guests with a positive experience by preparing quality food products and maintaining cleanliness and safety within the restaurant. Key responsibilities include following guest service guidelines to ensure “SUPERSTAR Service,” working assigned stations accurately, handling food products according to safety standards, effectively communicating with team members, and adhering to cash control guidelines. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 75 lbs., and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
