Job Summary
The Crew Person role at the restaurant is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for guests by preparing quality food products, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety guidelines. Key responsibilities include providing excellent guest service, stocking and cleaning assigned stations, preparing and delivering products according to menu standards, handling food safely, and following cash control guidelines. Communication skills are essential, and the position requires the ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, lift heavy items, and work with cleaning products.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.
