Job Summary
As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing guests with a positive experience, preparing quality food products according to standards, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the restaurant. You will follow guest service guidelines, communicate effectively with team members and guests, ensure food safety and sanitation, and handle cash control guidelines. This position requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift 50-75 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.
