Job Summary
The Crew Person role ensures a positive guest experience by performing various responsibilities including preparing quality food products, maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant, and following company service guidelines. Essential duties include accurately working assigned stations, cleaning and stocking, handling food products according to safety standards, communicating effectively, and adhering to cash control guidelines. This position is suitable for individuals who are at least 16 years old, preferably enrolled in high school, and capable of working flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment. Physical demands include standing for long periods, bending, and lifting 50-75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.
