Job Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for ensuring guests receive high-quality food products and positive experiences while adhering to service guidelines and cash control procedures. Key responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and safety of the restaurant, preparing and delivering food according to menu standards, and following food safety and handling procedures. Candidates should have strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 lbs, and be flexible with shift hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.
