Job Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for ensuring guests receive excellent service and quality food products, maintaining cleanliness and safety in the restaurant. Key tasks include following guest service guidelines, stocking and cleaning work stations, preparing food according to standards, adhering to food safety protocols, and demonstrating effective communication skills. This position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 75 lbs, and flexibility in scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts
