Job Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for providing each guest with a positive experience by preparing quality food products according to standards and ensuring the restaurant remains clean and safe for all guests and employees. Essential functions include following company guest service guidelines, working assigned stations productively, cleaning and stocking areas, handling food according to safety standards, and demonstrating effective communication skills. The position requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment with kitchen equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.
