Job Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for providing guests with a positive experience by following company guest service guidelines and performing various tasks within the restaurant such as preparing quality food products, maintaining cleanliness, and handling food safely according to company standards. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should ideally be enrolled in high school or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.
