Job Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for providing guests with a positive experience, preparing quality food products, and maintaining a clean environment within the restaurant. Essential functions include following guest service guidelines, preparing and packaging food according to Menu Standards, ensuring compliance with food safety requirements, managing cash control, and effectively communicating with team members. The role may require standing for long periods, bending, stooping, and the ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts
