Job Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring food safety, preparing quality food products, and maintaining a clean environment. Key duties include following guest service guidelines, operating and managing assigned stations, handling food according to company standards, and adhering to cash control measures. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and fulfill physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
