Job Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for providing each guest with positive experiences by preparing quality food products, maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant, and adhering to food safety standards. Key duties include following guest service guidelines, working assigned stations efficiently, ensuring product quality, and maintaining cash control guidelines. Successful candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills, have an enrollment in or a high school diploma (or equivalent), and be at least 16 years of age.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.
