Job Summary
The Team Member is responsible for providing positive guest experiences, preparing quality food products, and maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment. Key duties include following guest service guidelines, cleaning and stocking workstations, ensuring the quality and safety of food products, and adhering to cash control guidelines. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Physical demands include standing for long periods, bending and stooping, lifting weights of 50-75 lbs, and working with various cleaning products.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.
