Job Summary
The Team Member is responsible for providing guests with a positive dining experience, preparing quality food according to standards, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the restaurant. Key responsibilities include following guest service guidelines, ensuring products meet quality standards, adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures, and demonstrating effective communication skills. The position requires standing for long durations, the ability to lift 50 – 75 lbs comfortably, working around heat, and using various cleaning products.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.
