Job Summary
Smile, create and maintain eye contact, and speak enthusiastically to make emotional connections with guests. Multitask quickly yet thoroughly while working on your feet for several hours at a time. Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant. Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members while adhering to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times. Perform other duties as assigned, including lifting and carrying 50 lbs on a regular basis and standing for long periods.
