Job Summary
Execute all customer service operations, ensuring prepared products meet restaurant standards of quality and excellence. Greet guests, communicate clearly with co-workers to ensure correct orders are served, and initiate customer transactions quickly and accurately. Assemble and deliver orders while maintaining an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift. Prepare products following health and safety standards, operate food and drink equipment safely, and complete assigned prep work for stocking and setup. Wash counters, tables, and restrooms; gather trash and remove it from dining areas to proper receptacles. Perform end-of-day cleaning and assist with other duties as requested by management. Minimum age 16+; must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform under pressure in a high-volume environment.
