Job Summary
The Court Monitor primarily supervises activities on trampoline courts to ensure safety and compliance with park rules. Responsibilities include enforcing safety protocols, providing guest assistance, monitoring court capacity, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members for smooth operations. Strong communication skills, vigilance, and a passion for customer service are essential. Ideal candidates will have previous customer service experience, experience working with children, and a commitment to safety. This is a part-time position at Altitude Trampoline Park.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or safety-focused role is a plus
- Experience working with children is desirable
