Job Summary
Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the visit, receive food orders for your station, and anticipate guest needs. Maintain full knowledge of pastry, bread, kitchen, beverage, and retail items while handling any guest situations with genuine empathy. Complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures, including daily checklists and side work assignments. Organize money and receipts in adherence to cash handling policy, keep all areas clean by following checklists, and assist with dish cleaning and equipment detail. Prep and execute all menu items, assist with setting up seating areas, and perform basic food preparation according to checklists.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training
- Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with POS systems, especially Toast, a plus
- Flexibility in schedule
- Ability to be cross‐trained in all areas of the dining room and retail space
