Job Summary
Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, take food orders for your station with requested ingredients, anticipate guest needs and note preferences, maintain knowledge of items across pastry, bread, kitchen, beverage, and retail, handle guest situations with empathy and elevate to a manager when needed. Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures and daily checklists, manage money and receipts per cash handling policy, keep areas clean and organized per cleaning checklists, prep and execute menu items, assist with seating setup and basic food prep according to checklists and prep sheets, and be cross-trained in all dining room and retail spaces. Requires 3–6 months of related restaurant experience or training and experience with POS systems (Toast) is a plus; flexibility in schedule and ability to work across dining room and retail spaces are preferred.
