Job Summary

Team Member responsible for assisting with adjustment, operation and supervision of machines according to regulations, setting up machines per the setting-up plan, performing quality controls per TSOP and inspection plans, reporting deviations and maintaining manufacturing/testing documentation. Role includes ensuring safety installations, separating defective material, managing subassemblies and materials, and ensuring proper tool supply and IMS/manual procedures. Preferred skills include Lean Production, 5S, PDCA, and knowledge of polymer processes; diploma in Mechanical/Plastic and at least 1 year of relevant automotive/chemical industry experience. Ready to contribute within Continental’s manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Plastic
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role within automotive or chemical industry
  • Knowledge of Lean Production, 5S, PDCA
  • Knowledge in polymer process is a plus
