Operate and supervise machines in accordance with regulations, set up machines per the setting-up plan, and perform quality controls according to TSOP with deviation reporting. Monitor technical state and ensure flawless machine function; execute corrective actions for technical errors and report to superiors. Check safety installations, separate defective material, perform and ensure quality controls and proper recording of manufacturing/testing documentation, and conduct optical defect inspection with marking of defects. Manage resources, materials, and tools; ensure timely supply of subassemblies and operating materials; comply with and enforce IMS/manual procedures. Holds a Diploma in Mechanical or Plastic and at least 1 year of relevant experience in automotive or chemical industries; familiar with Lean Production, 5S, PDCA; polymer process knowledge considered a plus.
