Team Member

Greet customers with a friendly attitude, answer questions, and process orders accurately by entering them into the point-of-sale system. Handle cash, credit cards, and other payments while following security measures to safeguard against theft or fraud. Complete end-of-shift procedures including balancing registers, preparing reports, and securing cash. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and arrange menus and promotional materials neatly. Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to relay special requests or modifications from customers. Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred, along with strong numerical skills and familiarity with POS systems. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is essential. Free food and paid time off for full-time employees are provided.
