Job Summary
Execute all customer service operations, ensuring prepared products meet restaurant standards of quality and excellence. Greet guests, initiate and complete transactions accurately, and process payments while maintaining an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift. Assemble and deliver orders quickly, then keep the entire work area clean and sanitary by washing counters, tables, and restrooms, sweeping, mopping, and removing trash. Prepare products following all health and safety guidelines, operate food and drink equipment safely, and complete assigned prep work for stocking and setup. Perform end-of-day cleaning and assist with other duties as requested by management. Requires 16+ years of age, ability to stand for long periods, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Must exhibit excellent customer service skills, strong verbal communication, and a positive attitude under pressure.
