Team Member

Team Member at Coen Markets, Inc. responsible for delivering guest service with a friendly attitude, greeting customers at the register, maintaining a clean and welcoming store (inside and outside, including restrooms, pumps, and common areas), stocking shelves and rotating inventory to meet merchandising standards, operating the cash register (POS) with loss prevention in mind, assisting with food service needs and coordinating with kitchen as required, following safety, sanitation, and compliance standards, and supporting as well as training fellow team members. The role is offered in both full-time and part-time capacities with flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays) in a fast-paced retail/store environment, located in Norvelt, PA. The position emphasizes being a reliable, team-oriented member with strong communication and customer service skills and requires a high school diploma or GED.
