Job Summary
Team Member at Clean Express Auto Wash responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club, and upselling products. Duties include greeting customers, ensuring 100% satisfaction, performing quality-control checks, following safety protocols, addressing customer escalations calmly, operating basic retail equipment (POS), pitching memberships, learning the wash process, and supporting related duties as assigned. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (or current enrollment), ability to work flexible hours (including weekends), ability to stand/move throughout a fast-paced outdoor site, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
