Job Summary
Greet customers and exceed expectations through long-lasting first impressions while educating them on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club. Engage potential customers to present monthly wash packages and pitch membership offers, ensuring 100% satisfaction through active pre- and post-wash interactions. Maintain quality assurance via accurate checks, comply with all safety protocols, and properly address customer escalations in a calm manner. Operate basic retail equipment including the POS system and learn wash processes to expand knowledge. Perform other related duties as required and assigned in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to take direction
- Professional appearance
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment
