Job Summary
Greet customers, educate them on the Unlimited Wash Club benefits, and pitch membership packages while maintaining high satisfaction standards. Perform daily quality control checks, operate retail equipment including the POS, and handle customer escalations calmly. Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures, including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, while working outdoors in all weather conditions. This role supports Clean Express Auto Wash's mission to deliver fast, eco-friendly services with a focus on customer experience and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
