Job Summary
Greet customers and exceed expectations through long-lasting first impressions, while educating them on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club and pitching membership to new clients. Actively engage with customers pre- and post-wash to ensure 100% satisfaction, maintain quality assurance via accurate checks, and properly address escalations in a calm manner. Operate basic retail equipment including the POS, learn the wash process and equipment, and perform other related duties as assigned. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, standing and moving throughout the site in a fast-paced environment while lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to take direction
- Professional appearance
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment
