Job Summary
Greet customers, operate the register and cashier, make purchase suggestions, and contribute to a fast-paced, friendly store environment while supporting multiple store areas to maintain high standards of appearance. Role involves providing excellent customer care, assisting with the food program when applicable, and working as part of a motivated team to accomplish daily tasks. Must maintain regular onsite attendance and be able to perform physical tasks including standing/walking for long periods and lifting up to 60 pounds as needed. Training is provided, with opportunities for career growth and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401K with company match, and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Flexible schedules and ability to work days/evenings/weekends
