Job Summary
Greet customers, run the register, and make purchase suggestions while working inside and out to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Perform cashier duties, work with the food program, and interact with many customers daily while accomplishing tasks around the store. Maintain predictable onsite attendance and collaborate with a motivated team to solve problems and meet daily goals. Requires standing or walking up to eight hours and lifting up to 30 pounds from the ground.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- This handwork requires eye-hand coordination
- may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
- Retail and customer service experience
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- Motivation to advance in your career

- Shift Availability Evenings (Weekdays + Weekend Availability Required)
