Job Summary
The Team Member will deliver prompt, courteous customer service, greet and assist customers, ring up sales on the cash register, and handle various payments. Responsibilities include operating the fuel console, lottery and money-order transactions, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, performing merchandising tasks such as stock rotation and placing signage, and supporting inventory controls and shift documentation. Requires adherence to dress code, reliable attendance, ability to work in a retail environment, basic arithmetic, and effective communication to help customers and maintain store standards. Physical tasks may include stocking and lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working indoors with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions. Location: Store 2747526, Yorktown, IN. Pay range: $13.50-$14.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Ability to operate cash registers or scanners; handling various payment types
- Ability to work scheduled hours and maintain punctual attendance
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
