Team Member

As a Team Member at Circle K, you will greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and work around the store in various areas to help maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service. You’ll interact with customers daily as part of a fun, energetic team, contribute to daily store goals, and participate in paid training and development opportunities. Desirable skills include selling products, excellent customer care, clear communication, ability to work at a fast pace, and teamwork. A high school diploma or equivalent is noted as a suitable qualification, and retailers often value prior retail or cashier experience and a motivation to grow within the company.
