Job Summary
Greet members with warmth, guide them through sign-ups and tours, and ensure the club sparkles by coordinating daily cleaning tasks. Support front desk operations by handling memberships, retail sales, check-ins, and phone inquiries while resolving questions about accounts and billing. Prepare and serve smoothies where available, uphold Kids Club standards, and assist families with operations. Maintain exceptional service by mastering phone etiquette and engaging with guests about memberships and amenities. Work varied shifts including weekends and openings/closings, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills over the phone and in person
- Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
