Job Summary
Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests. Provide membership information, facilitate tours, and handle phone etiquette while managing sign-ups and point-of-sale transactions. Assist with billing issues, escalate disputes to leadership, and ensure the gym remains extraordinarily clean through daily tasks. Maintain knowledge of amenities, fitness programs, and equipment functions, and make smoothies if applicable. Complete all training materials in the Learning Management System and attend scheduled team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
- Touring the gym: walking and climbing stairs
- Bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement
- Standing for long periods
- Computer operations
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Background checks are required for some positions
