Job Summary
Execute all customer service operations, ensuring prepared products meet restaurant standards. Greets guests, initiates transactions, and assembles orders quickly while maintaining accurate cash drawers. Keeps work areas clean and sanitary by washing counters, tables, and restrooms, and performs end-of-day cleaning. Prepares products following health and safety guidelines, operates equipment safely, and stocks products with proper rotation. Communicates clearly with co-workers to ensure correct orders are served and informs supervisors of any problems. Performs other duties as requested by management. Minimum age 16; able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
