Job Summary
Chick-fil-A Team Member in Monroe, MI seeking individuals for both full-time and part-time roles. Responsibilities include greeting and serving guests, taking orders and explaining menu items, preparing and cooking food items, ensuring food safety and quality, resolving guest concerns, assembling and packaging orders, maintaining brand standards, monitoring product hold times, managing inventory and equipment, and assisting with opening/closing procedures. Must communicate clearly with guests and teammates, maintain a sanitary and safe workspace, and demonstrate a strong work ethic in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
