Team Member

As a CAVA Team Member you are our guests' first experience, greeting guests with genuine passion, educating them about our vibrant menu options, and assembling orders to each customer’s preferences. You will maintain cleanliness across the serving line, dining room, and restrooms; follow recipes and procedures to ensure food quality and consistency; adhere to safety and sanitation procedures; restock stations; and deliver a delicious, unique and memorable guest experience. The role may involve cross-training across the restaurant to support rapid growth and may require standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds; you should be comfortable working in hot or cold temperatures and near open flames, and you’ll need to communicate effectively with the team throughout shifts.
