Job Summary
Hourly Team Member at Capriotti’s focused on customer service and food quality. Responsibilities include serving hot food hot and cold food cold, keeping food fresh and stations clean, adhering to dress code, handling money accurately, communicating calmly and effectively with customers, managing time in busy shifts, and supporting a cohesive team to ensure a great guest experience. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and be flexible for nights, weekends, and extended hours.
