Job Summary
Team Member at Family Farm and Home is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store appearance. Duties include stocking and back stock organization, recovery and assembly of products, operating the cash register, processing special orders, utilizing POS and store systems (Farm Hand, On the Go, Harvester), handling financing options, guiding customers to loyalty programs and add-on initiatives, setting promotional signage, managing freight and out-of-stock processes, supporting audits and safety, and assisting with store displays. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50lbs, and work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Knowledge of basic computer systems and strong interpersonal skills are required; forklift/pallet jack experience is referenced (18+). Location is Canton, OH, US; in-person role with hourly pay.
