Job Summary
Stock products, place items in back stock areas, and maintain store cleanliness including sales floors, restrooms, and break rooms. Greet customers, answer phone calls, and process special orders while utilizing POS to checkout and following cash handling procedures. Solicit customers for loyalty programs, warranties, and financing options using Farm Hand, On the Go, and Harvester systems. Assist with freight recovery, assembly of displays, and setting promotional signage per store management directives. Operate a forklift or pallet jack safely, complete daily operational checklists, and uphold loss prevention measures. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50lbs.
