Job Summary
Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack safely, manage cash register transactions, and process customer orders using POS and Harvester systems. Stock products, assemble displays, and maintain sales floor cleanliness while executing daily operational goals assigned by store management. Greet customers, answer phone calls, and solicit sign-ups for loyalty programs and financing options. Complete daily operational checklists, assist with freight and recovery processes, and uphold loss prevention and safety standards. Requires ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50lbs, and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A Family Farm and Home Team Member must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Team Members will need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all customers as well as other team members
- They must have organizational skills

- They need to have knowledge of basic computer systems
- Team Members must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- be able to reach, bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 50lbs
- Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack safely and efficiently (Only 18 years old and above)
Desired Qualifications
- Having small gas engine assembly experience a plus
