Job Summary
Greet customers with a warm welcome, process orders efficiently, and assemble Burger King products to speed and accuracy. Deliver brand standards, resolve enquiries with a customer-centric mindset, and maintain a clean, tidy workspace. Work with colleagues to foster teamwork, prepare the store and kitchen for daily trade, and ensure memorable experiences. Shifts run 14 hours per week between 5am and midnight at Woolley Edge Services, Wakefield. Training is provided for those stepping up to lead shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to access the location (Woolley Edge Services, M1, Wakefield WF4 4LQ) as some sites have limited or no public transport access
- Adaptability

- Ability to switch gears between fast-paced, high-energy environments and quieter, more independent settings
- Ability to bring calm to chaos and momentum to lulls
- Ensure consistent performance no matter the pace
