Job Summary
Team Member at BURGER KING in Cromwell, CT. Reports to Restaurant General Manager. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, providing menu suggestions, preparing fresh and hot food, processing orders and payments, delivering 5-star guest service, maintaining restaurant cleanliness and sanitation, restocking inventory, and following food service standards and policies. Strong emphasis on customer service, cash handling accuracy, teamwork, and ability to work across multiple restaurant stations. Must be at least 16 years old, able to work a variety of days/times including weekends/evenings/holidays, and willing to learn all areas of operations. Bilingual Spanish/English communication is a plus. Competitive salary with growth opportunities within avalues-based team.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or English
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong customer service and cash handling skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to accuracy in cash handling and order preparation
