Job Summary
Scoop, serve, and sell Ben & Jerry's ice cream, shakes, and treats while delivering fast, friendly, and memorable customer service. Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash accurately, ensuring all transactions are correct. Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized shop by following food safety, cleanliness, and company standards. Work as part of a team to keep energy high during busy shifts, standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs. Requires a positive attitude, strong people skills, and reliability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability across days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
