Job Summary
Deliver unparalleled guest service by developing personal relationships, practicing active listening, and proactively solving guest needs through product knowledge and enthusiastic recommendations. Hand-craft beverages and food offerings to order per standard operating procedures while floating between barista and guest service roles. Manage cash drawers, maintain store cleanliness and organization, and differentiate between solvable problems and situations requiring leader support. Work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends, lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or sitting for 4 to 8 hours. Bring joy to interactions and make fun happen by supporting team members and serving with love.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to sit, stand, for 4 to 8 hours
- Must be able to bend and move intermittently during working hours
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.
